			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The second annual Camp Courageous Sprint Triathlon will be held Sunday, August 7<sup>th</sup>at 8:00 am. Last year was the first year and they had about 300 participants and raised over $17,000.  We need Ignite members to volunteer on the run portion, to help direct the runners.  If you would like to help or have already signed up, we will be meeting this Sunday July 24<sup>th</sup> at 6:00 pm at Camp Courageous to walk the course and assign positions.  If you are interested in volunteering but can’t make the meeting, please contact John at <a href="mailto:John.Maehl@dnr.iowa.go">John.Maehl@dnr.iowa.go</a>.  This partnership with Camp Courageous will be beneficial for future Ignite events.</p>
<p>Also, mark your calendars to volunteer for the Wapsi Wilderness Wipeout on Sunday, October 16<sup>th</sup> at 10:00 am. This will be Ignite’s annual event that will aid in the financing of future events. The potential of this event could be huge with your help! If you are interested in helping out in any way please contact me.</p>
